Important Dates

All deadlines are in Anywhere on Earth (AoE) time.

• Submission Deadline: November 9, 2023 November 16, 2023
• Notification: November 28 November 30, 2023
• Camera-Ready: December 8 December 13, 2023
• Workshop: January 18, held with IEEE AIxVR2024 Conference: January 17-19, 2024

Submissions are managed through the EasyChair platform.

Paper Type

• Regular: 2-8 pages (single category for XRiM workshop)

We accept submissions of up to 8 pages, including references. Papers should be submitted in IEEE Double Column Format. Please refer to the official IEEE templates page for the instructions. The paper size should be the US letter (8.5×11 inch), not A4.

Review Process

All papers will undergo a single blinded review (there is no need to anonymize the submissions) and will be reviewed by at least two experts in the field.
