Final Version Upload and Registration
Authors of accepted papers must upload their final camera ready version no later than November 7, 2022, via the following link:

Once you create a login, the system will provide you with further information about formatting your paper (including an option to verify your format with PDF eXpress). The paper size should be the US letter (8.5×11 inch), not A4. When uploading your paper, the system also asks you to fill out the copyright release form, which is mandatory for having your paper published. Please don’t forget to also register by Nov 14, 2022. Authors are required to present their paper at the conference.

Review Process
Submissions will be evaluated thoroughly and blindly (i.e., you do not need to remove author information) by at least two XRiM co-chairs or domain experts.
Submission Steps (closed)
- Prepare a paper in double-column IEEE format following the official IEEE Manuscript Formatting guidelines.
- Visit and login https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=ieeeaivr2022
- Select our XRiM workshop by choosing the track named “Workshop: XR Technologies in Museums” and then continue submitting.
Accepted papers will be included in the conference proceedings and will appear on IEEE Xplore Digital Library.
